• The last capital increase of EUR 10,8 million was conducted in October 2010 after a capital increase.
  
• In June 2009 a capital increase of EUR 13 million was conducted by the placement of a convertible bond.
• There was a small capital increase in April 2009 of EUR 3,6 million.
• In December 2006, the company placed a convertible bond in the amount of approximately EUR 55 million with investors.
• In June 2006, the company conducted a 1:4 stock split.
• In April 2006, the company’s capital stock was raised from EUR 3.7 million to EUR 3.9 million, bringing about EUR 36 million in fresh capital to the company.

14. How has the capital raised in the capital-raising measures been applied?

Colonia Real Estate AG pursues the strategy of tapping the capital markets for fresh investment capital when appropriate deals are “in the pipeline.” In accordance with this strategy, the newly raised capital was used in the following months to purchase additional residential property, investments in commercial property and acquisitions, such as the acquisition of the Asset Management unit, for example.
