Both buildings are located in Cologne- Eil/Porz close to different freeways and the Cologne-Airport. The building Ferdinand-Porsche-Street 1a, "The Glashouse", was build in 2001-2002. Besides a very representative lobby, the building offers its users underground parking lots, a comprehensive security package with electronic access control and a flexible interior design. Ferdinand-Porsche-Street 1, "The Factory", was completely rebuild in 2000 with the highest technically standards.
