This joint venture, established in June 2007, is building a nationwide portfolio of logistical and zero-emissions commercial properties (“light industrial”) through an acquisition strategy. The purchased properties are placed anew in the market through new tenant acquisition and follow-on leasing. The joint venture’s exit strategy involves both specific property sales and portfolio sales. |
