Description:	Dischhaus is a former municipal building, centrally located in the city of Cologne, that is well-known in that region. It is currently being completely renovated and redeveloped as a modern office and retail building. A lease has already been signed with Manufactum, as an outstanding first tenant for the retail space in the building. The renovation work will run until mid-2008. Marketing activities to find tenants for the office space have already begun. The joint venture intends to sell the property after successfully leasing it.
