Dialogue between both companies continues
Cologne, 5 December 2007 - Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIN DE0006338007; WKN
633 800) notified the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht
(BaFin) that it has reduced its stake in Deutsche Wohnen AG´s (ISIN DE
000A0HN5C6) existing share capital to 2.99%. There will be no take-over bid
for the outstanding shares of Deutsche Wohnen AG. Further talks between
both companies will be held.
