Release of a Voting Rights announcement transmitted by DGAP - a company of
EquityStory AG. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this
announcement.

CORRECTION OF THE RELEASE FROM 22.01.2008 - VOTING RIGHTS

On January 22, 2008 , cominvest Asset Management GmbH, 60261 Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on January 21, 2008 and now amount to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 676812 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 256300 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
