the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%
and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on November 03, 2008 and on this day
amounts to 19.00% (this corresponds to 4336864 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 19.00%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4336864 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from MILFOLIUM Management INC.. The MILFOLIUM
Management INC. is to 100 percent a subsidiary from the Liechtensteinische
Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft.
