us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have fallen below the 25% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 07, 2008 and now amount to 24.48% (this corresponds to
5588250 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 24.28%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5540990 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SwissReal Estate AG.
