us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have fallen below the 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on October 31, 2008 and now amount to 2.63%
(this corresponds to 599932 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.42% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 552672 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from SwissReal Estate AG.
