informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of
the Voting Rights on November 03, 2008 and on that day amount to 19.00%
(this corresponds to 4336864 Voting Rights).


According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 19.00%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4336864 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to the company from the Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG and
MILFOLIUM Management INC..
