On December 03, 2008 , cominvest Asset Management GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne,
Germany, ISIN: DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on December 02, 2008 and now amount to 3.1154% (this
corresponds to 711105 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.2753%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 291105 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
