Colonia cooperates with two leading institutes of higher learning for the real estate industry: the European Business School in Schloss Reichartshausen and the real estate academy Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI) GmbH in Stuttgart.

In supporting these institutions, our aim is to promote talented young people majoring in real estate and thus secure the future of the real estate industry. At the same time, this is also an investment in our employees' continuing education, who benefit from this cooperation by having the opportunity of taking courses at the academies.
