1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Colonia Real Estate AG,
Cologne, Germany, ISIN: DE0006338007, WKN: 633800, have exceeded the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on July 17, 2009 and on that day amount to 3.08%
(this corresponds to 875449 Voting Rights).

No voting rights were obtained according to Article 17, Section 1, No. 7
WpAIV.
