We hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 21(1) WpHG, that on 22 September
2008 our voting interest in Colonia Real Estate fell below the 3% and 5%
thresholds and amounts to 2.79% (637,168 voting rights) on this day.

All of the above mentioned voting rights are attributable to William Blair
& Company, LLC in accordance with Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1,
number 6, WpHG.
